Filipino Reader Conference

Hello, all. It’s a couple of days before the Con, and we’re all excited! Anyway, just a few announcements for everyone’s benefit:

1. Registration for the ReaderCon is P50. Yup, that’s all you need to pay.
2. Entrance is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. We can only accommodate 70 people in the venue, unfortunately. Do come early so you can be sure of a slot.
3. Snacks will be provided for, care of Hizon’s catering. So, rest assured that we will be well fed.
4. There will be a RAFFLE! Thanks to our raffle sponsors, we have books and other nifty goodies to give away. So, 5 lucky Filipino Friday meme participants will win some of these prizes. We’ll also be giving a prize to a lucky Twitter follower (who is actually going to participate via Twitter during the ReaderCon). And the rest will be for the onsite participants. All raffle draws will be done during the socials part of the program.
5. Raffle winners can only win once.

By the way, it wouldn’t hurt to bring a business card if you’re coming. You know, if you want to network and the like.:) See you all in Meeting Room 2 on Sept. 14!
